We’ll walk through your home, room by room, inside and out, and give you the best tips, tricks and suggestions for staging to enhance your property. Every house is unique in both assets and challenges; and, we’ll give you every advantage over the competition to make certain your property stands out. Armed with the best plan, you’ll be ready to do the work.

STAGING IMPLEMENTATION
Let us do the work. “Full-Day” staging allows us to do as little or as much as you like. We can tackle the clutter, collections, furniture arranging and accessory placing. Remember, personal effects should be downplayed as we want potential buyers to not only feel more at ease during viewings, but allow them to focus on the property itself while also imagining their own belongings in the space. We will shop your home to find existing pieces to use in new and artful ways. If you like, we can work together on the most important rooms and you can finish others in your own time.
$175 half day/$375 full day (supplies additional)
“VACANT VIGNETTES”
Partial home staging offers big return for little money. It has been shown that homes containing furniture and accessories sell more quickly than vacant homes, because potential buyers realize what actually can be with a space. They may realize that a room actually is a lot larger than it would look without furnishings. Special features of any home should be highlighted with accessories and partial home staging adds warmth to an otherwise cold and empty space. Limited furniture and accessory rentals highlight kitchens, baths, focal points and bonus rooms; by utilizing this service, sellers save money in the presentation.

ROOM REVAMPING
Use what you own and redo any room or all rooms. Rearranging furnishings and possibly adding paint, new draperies or accessories will make you fall in love with your space all over again. We use creative, cost-saving solutions to brighten your space and give it that “designer look.”

HOME & OFFICE ORGANIZING
Clutter is overwhelming and tackling it is stressful. We’re patient and we make it easy. The tasks of sorting and deciding whether to donate, store or keep items in your home can be tough and extremely emotional. You’ll save dollars and time when living and working spaces are organized and efficient; and, that also means clean and de-cluttered. Stop buying home and office duplicates and have all your essentials within easy reach and artfully displayed.
